By downloading, accessing, or using Best Live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
Best Live is a real-time voice-based social platform that allows users to join audio rooms, interact with others, and participate in various community activities. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all users are expected to follow the rules and policies outlined in this document.
We may modify these Terms periodically. Updates will take effect when posted within the app. Your continued use of Best Live constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Best Live offers multiple interactive functions, including:

· Digital Gifting: Send and receive virtual gifts as a form of expression or appreciation.
· Your participation must comply with our standards and applicable laws
Any of the following behaviors may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination:
Uploading or sharing content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Attempting to deceive, scam, or harm other users.
Encouraging or participating in prohibited conduct such as gambling, harassment, or spreading harmful content.
Circumventing moderation, disrupting the platform, or impersonating other individuals.
Sharing or promoting content involving minors or any material that violates child-protection laws.
Serious violations will be prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.
Best Live is intended only for individuals aged 18 or above (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Users who are identified as minors will have their accounts deactivated immediately.
By using Best Live, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum age requirement.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to our Privacy Policy and Community Rules.
Registration Methods
You may create a Best Live account using:
Third-party login providers (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Mobile number verification
Account Ownership
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Creating an account on behalf of someone else without explicit permission is not allowed.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Violations may result in:

7.1 License to Best Live
By submitting content, you grant Best Live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Use, reproduce, display, and adapt your content for platform operation and promotion.
7.2 Your Ownership
You must own or have lawful rights to all content you upload.
7.3 Platform Rights
All platform features, logos, software, and assets belong exclusively to Best Live.
You receive a limited license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content at any time without prior notice.
